In this course, students will further develop their oral component of a one-year intensive beginners program (CHIN1012 in Semester 1 and CHIN2022 in Semester 2) in Modern Standard Chinese (Putonghua or Mandarin). The objective of this course is to lay a solid oral foundation for further studies of the Chinese language and to provide students with deeper knowledge of the Chinese culture.
