This course builds upon the compulsory International Law course (LAWS2250 (LLB(Hons))/6250 (JD)). Having reviewed the structure and principles of international law, this course is intended to round out the coverage of ‘general’ public international law by focusing on areas only partially dealt with in the compulsory course and which warrant further consideration in light of their importance.
